Bluegrass made a great return to the Village Neighborhood last Wednesday for the debut of The Union Republic of Bluegrass featuring Dan O’Dea and Eagle Ridge at 8pm at, where else, Union Republic. Utilizing a more structured format, the UR of Bluegrass starts to fiddle at 8pm with Dan O’Dea and Eagle Ridge, before breaking into a jamboree after dinner service. The recently opened bar of Union Republic offers small plates and discounted libations. Come down from Appalachia or the Heights for this new weekly showcase.
